The home is self supporting, depending solely on public contribution for its day-to-day running. Apart from staffing & administrative expenses and utility bills, a major part of our funding goes towards the maintenance of these children who are between the ages of four and seventeen years. All our children are school going. At present we have about 60 children and our operating expenses is between RM22,000 – RM25,000 a month.
Raising this much amount every month is a tall order and we solely rely on the generosity of public and corporations to raise funds. We welcome cash donations of any amount and all donations above RM100 would be provided with a Tax Exempt Receipt if required.
We also welcome donations in kind and some of the items urgently required by the Home include:-
- Provisions especially
- Rice
- Sugar
- Sardines
- Eggs
- Milk Powder
- Etc
- Meat especially Chicken & Vegetables
- Cloths including School Uniforms, Shoes and etc.
- Toiletries
